At Reyanshh Rahul Academy, we design our programs with serious learners in mind. Our training programs, workshops, and digital products are educational services and intellectual property. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

By enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to the refund terms mentioned below.

1. DEFINITIONS

  • Signature Training Programs include but are not limited to:
    Drawing Mastery, The Transparency, The Branded Artist (TBA), and any other long-term programs with 1 year or more access.
  • Paid Live Workshops / Professional Artist Secrets (PAS) refer to live or time-bound online workshops, masterclasses, bootcamps, and short-term training events.

2. REFUND POLICY FOR PAID LIVE WORKSHOPS & PAS

For programs such as Professional Artist Secrets and other paid live workshops, refunds are governed by the following rules:

✅ Refunds are issued ONLY if:

  • You attend the workshop/session, and
  • You genuinely feel dissatisfied with the quality or relevance of the information provided.

❌ No refunds will be given if:

  • You do not attend the session (live or recorded where live attendance was required).
  • You enroll and later decide not to join.
  • You miss the session for personal reasons.
  • You change your mind after purchase.

Refund request window:

Refund requests must be made within 48 hours after the workshop ends by emailing our official support email with:

  • Registered name
  • Payment proof
  • Reason for dissatisfaction

Final approval rests with Reyanshh Rahul Academy.

3. 15-DAY NO-QUESTIONS-ASKED GUARANTEE

(For Signature Training Programs)

For our long-term programs including Drawing Mastery, The Transparency, The Branded Artist, and other similar trainings:

We offer a 15-day unconditional money-back guarantee.

If within 15 days of purchase you feel the program is not for you, you may request a refund.

Conditions:

  • Request must be made within 15 calendar days of purchase.
  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Access to all program materials, bonuses, and communities will be permanently revoked after refund.

This guarantee exists so new students can enter with confidence.

4. 2× REFUND PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE

(For Signature Training Programs Only)

This is our highest-trust policy and applies only to serious, long-term students.

If a student:

  • Has been enrolled for 6 months or more, and
  • Has honestly followed the training, and
  • Has actively participated in learning and community, and
  • Has completed assigned exercises/tasks, and
  • Has asked doubts / sought guidance, and
  • Still experiences no measurable improvement and no results,

Then they may apply for our 2× Money-Back Guarantee.

If approved, the student will receive twice the amount paid for the core program fee.

What “actively followed” means (mandatory proof required):

To be eligible, the student must submit evidence such as:

  • Learning dashboard progress
  • Task/exercise submissions
  • Community participation screenshots
  • Asked doubts / mentor interactions
  • Practice work or assignments
  • Time-stamped learning activity

This policy exists to reward effort, not consumption.

What disqualifies a claim:

A 2× refund will not be approved if:

  • Lessons were only watched but not practiced
  • Tasks were skipped or rushed
  • Community and doubt systems were not used
  • Work was inconsistent or inactive
  • Expectations were unrealistic or unrelated to the training
  • The student is seeking results without execution

Skill-based programs require participation. No training guarantees success without work.

Review & decision process:

  • All 2× refund claims are manually reviewed.
  • Reyanshh Rahul Academy reserves the right to:
    • Interview the student
    • Ask for additional proof
    • Accept or reject the claim

If approved:

  • Student access will be terminated.
  • Refund will be processed within 7–14 working days.

The decision of Reyanshh Rahul Academy will be final.

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS (ALL PROGRAMS)

  • All refunds are processed only to the original payment source.
  • Processing fees, platform charges, or taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • Any bonuses, certificates, community access, or downloads become invalid after refund.
  • Misuse, manipulation, or dishonest claims can lead to permanent account bans.
